This is a private house on a quiet street with convenient access to the entire knoxville area and all the attractions East Tennessee has to offer. The house is surrounded by trees and has a small private back yard and deck for children and pets to play or for a gathering of friends for grilling or lounging. The house has a full kitchen, one bath, laundry facilities and ample parking. The house is on a quiet, dead end street, is a private oasis surrounded by trees, yet minutes from shopping and restaurants in Lenoir City and Farragut. There is a small cozy screened in porch and a deck to lounge on. There is a gas grill available to use on the deck. Also, since making travel arrangements for your fur babies can be especially challenging, we welcome approved pets. Certain restrictions apply so feel free to ask if Fido or Fluffy can come along. Please note that bully breeds or any aggressive dog regardless of breed will not be accepted, so please give me a description that best describes your pet. I also require a picture attached to messages. Vet provided and verifiable flea prevention is mandatory. Please also have a statement from your vet that your animal is flea free, that was dated and confirmed within a week of travel. We do also require that all dogs be crate trained, and remain caged when you are not there to supervise them. A strange environment can make pups especially nervous and destructive when they are left alone, even when they are dead calm at home. Also, just an FYI, please keep the claws well clipped, they do leave marks and tear leather. Due to unfortunate actions of some guests, if any beware of dog signs are put up during your stay, you will be asked to leave. Regardless of the reason for the sign, that indicates an inappropriate situation that cannot be accepted. The house has two bedrooms and is set up for 4 guests. The kitchen is newly renovated, and fully equipped with pots pans, coffee makers, toaster, dishes etc. There is an office nook for working on those special projects, a small screened in porch to enjoy your morning coffee or after dinner glass of wine. The house has no interior steps, the only steps are off the back deck to the parking area. However, please note before booking, that the house is not ADA compliant. Bathroom, hallways and doors can not accommodate walkers or wheelchairs. Limited mobility that only requires a cane is not a problem as there are no steps other than the steps off the deck.
