This condo is tired, dirty and in desperate need of a remodel. The pictures are deceiving. Lots of personal items/junk stuffed in every nook and cranny. The refrigerator/freezer were dirty and the freezer leaked onto the floor. There were no washcloths, paper towels, dish soap and the sponge that was in the unit was old and dirty. There was old food in the cabinets and the dishes/utensils were piecemeal. The only bonus was the accessibility using the stairs instead of waiting for the elevator.

Really beautiful apartment in a great location, close to the heart of the city. The resort complex it’s in is also tastefully done with beach access right on it, a beach club with good food/drinks/views and gorgeous swimming pools. Gerry was very flexible and accommodating with check-in/out too.

Very comfortable and conveniently located 2 bedroom condo. We stayed in this complex many times but this was our first time in this size unit and on a lower floor. It worked out great because we much prefer running up and down the stairs, and not wait for the elevator. This place has a nice view and all the conveniences one would expect. The owner was very responsive to our needs and easy to communicate with. All and all, great experience.
