After booking the home I messaged the host to confirm but he did not reply. I messaged again a few days before the stay to confirm the address and again, no reply. Once we arrived to the city we went to the address provided and the neighbors told us there was no one hosting at that address. We then went to go find wifi to message host. He answered that day and told us he was unable to host at the time since they were fixing up. He said we should find a new place, last minute, and request a refund via airbnb. It has been 5 days and I still have not received a refund from airbnb or any confirmation that they are planning to refund my money.

Súper buena gente!! Estuvo siempre atento para nuestras necesidades... un lugar muy conocido por todos, nadie tiene problema para llegar hasta ahí... espectacular.
