Had a fun and relaxing night stay at the White Oak cabin. Jennifer was very responsive and helpful. The cabin is on a large property with several other cabins and an events lodge, so check out their website or full Airbnb listing for different options. Spent the day at nearby Lake Anna State Park (approx 20 min from the cabin) and stopped by a local brewery (Cooling Pond Brewery and Winery) before checking in. I liked that you can order drinks and snacks to have delivered to your door if desired - that’s a fun add on. The cabin has mugs for coffee, but bring your own cups or plates or silverware if needed/if you won’t be ordering food from the property. Bed was comfortable! I especially liked sitting on the small front porch in the evening/morning. Overall, fun little getaway from DC.

Absolutely adorable cozy cabin and the grounds are beautiful! Enjoyed the history of the area and enjoyed walking the trails. Love that they are pet friendly! Checkin was a breeze and directions were precise. Love the fireplace!

We stayed here for a quick overnight on our way back from from Florida. I booked that day and Jennifer was very accommodating! She answered all my questions quickly so I could book. We were towing our tiny little camper stacked with bikes etc and didn’t feel comfortable leaving all that unattended outside at a big chain roadside hotel, so this place was perfect! It was about 15 mins from 95, felt incredibly safe and quite and it was beyond incredibly cute as well! I don’t know much about this inn but it seems like they have restored old buildings that you can stay in? That is right up my alley and it didn’t disappoint, the inside was decorated with cool antiques and had so much character. We got there in the dark and left in the dark but the other buildings looked so cool too! We wish we had more time to spend there and enjoy everything they had to offer!

First, the cabin. Everything I wanted and more for a quiet weekend away with my boyfriend and our dogs. There were certainly a lot of memories made in this cabin. Second, the location. Easy drive to Historic Williamsburg, VA (about 1.5 hours), Jefferson's Monticello (about 1 hour), Luray Caverns (about 1.5 hours) and much, much more! Third, the owners. Amazing in every way. Responsive to all of our questions before the stay and during the stay. Above and beyond with extra sheets and blankets to protect the furniture from the dogs. Dog dishes and biscuits provided along with waste bags for cleaning up after the pups. It was such a wonderful stay, we can't wait to go back again!
