Heather is a fantastic host and her cabin is cozy and had a great layout for our family of 6 to enjoy. We started looking at homes in the area like hers to potentially buy! Her instructions are very clear about bringing your own linens/towels but she does offer her own as long as you wash and return. I would recommend bringing your own mattress covers as well. What you see in the pictures for the listing is exactly what you get. The creek behind the house was so peaceful at night and for morning coffee. The green space around the fire pit was overgrown and the grill propane tank was empty, but other than that we were happy with our stay.

The cabin is in a beautiful location! My two friends and I stayed here for a quiet long weekend and we loved the area. The home itself is very cozy and well worth the price. It was not ideal to have to bring all of our own linens, towels, and blankets as we were travelling far to get here, but we were prepared. We would absolutely stay here again!

PRO'S: Host was flexible with check in/out times as the property was not booked the day before or after our stay - this is always a huge plus for me!!! Photos online were very accurate, house was clean, spacious, and warm once we got the heat on. We did not get to enjoy the deck overlooking the stream as it was pretty cold but it did snow during our stay and it was absolutely beautiful. Location was pretty central while still being nicely tucked away in the woods away from the hustle and bustle of Lake George. CONS (only 2 tiny ones): When there is no light above shower, a light color or clear (frosted/opaque) curtain is a must - the shower was pitch black. Only one key available for the property and yes of course we locked ourselves out. Considering there is enough space for 3-6 people, at least 2 keys is a must. Esp. because you can always keep one in the lockbox! Otherwise an excellent place, where I would definitely stay again, if in the area.

The cabin is located in a nice quiet little neighborhood with easy access to the main streets of Lake George.
