Cecilia was a great host in Andres absence. (she is his mother) The property I lovely, the cabana was cozy and hot water and water pressure in thr shower was awesome! Thank you for letting us use your cabana for the week we were in Ecuador!

We have thoroughly enjoyed our one-month stay at Andreas' casita, so much so that we're staying another month. The surrounding gardens are beautiful and we've eaten a lot of avocados, mangos and oranges from the trees on the property. The big gate at the entrance helps us feel safe and secure, as well as having Andreas' sweet mom in the house next door adds a feeling of security. She is very friendly and helpful and speaks perfect english. The casita is comfortable and roomy with a lovely patio. The bed is comfortable, and the shower is hot. The new laundry machine works very well. The pool and sauna place next door has been wonderful to use a couple times a week for just $2/day. We walk to Malacatos in about 12 minutes or catch the bus to Vilcabamba or Loja/Podocarpus just outside the front gate. The bus to Vilcabamba is just 85 cents each and takes about 15 minutes. There are dirt roads and trails in the surrounding mountains for beautiful early morning walks.
