The home is modest but clean. The bed was very comfortable which is second to clean on my list of requirements. Even with temp reaching 107 outside, it was cool enough inside to take an afternoon nap. My flight was delayed by more than 4 hours. Josh was very accommodating to my midnight arrival. I met the cat... who snubbed me. Probably knew I came from a dog home! I never saw anyone but knew they must have been there due to replacement of used towel, and such. Location was quite convenient for me, as I was able to be near family. Close to airport, too.

Such a good value, especially for solo travelers who like cats. Zippy (the cat) is a very friendly co-host. I didn't meat Joshua in person, but he did well with communication throughout my stay. All in all, it was a nice place to stay, and a great value.

Very quiet, peaceful home extremely convenient to NE Loop I-820. Economic, good value. The dog stays outside, there's an inside cat who is mostly friendly, on rare occasions may meow when lonely. ( He likes sitting on your lap while being petted. FYI I'm kinda partial to cats.) The house in general is roomy, with lots of sports memorabilia & stuff. Located in a perfectly safe, established neighborhood in NRH. Joshua was very friendly and helpful, communicates well through text, but I rarely saw him at the house. I would totally stay there again!
