Diane and Marcus’s gîte is just lovely. The rooms are great, spacious and were perfect for us. The kitchen is well stocked with lots of cooking equipment, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher, gas hob, range cooker and microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. The bedrooms were very comfortable with lots of clothes storage. The bathroom was very clean, lovely shower and big bath. The location was just so lovely. Our 6 year old daughter was in her element with all the farm animals, being able to feed them and interact with them. The vegetable garden was amazing too. The place was so peaceful. We cannot thank Marcus and Diane enough for their welcome, and their hospitality. What a lovely holiday we had. Thank you again, Charlie, Michelle and Laurie. x

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à la Gimbretiere. Marcus et Diane sont d excellents hôtes, toujours aux petits soins pour les vacanciers. Le gîte correspond parfaitement aux photos et est très fonctionnel. Rien ne manque. Nous conservons précieusement cette adresse. Si vous aimez les animaux et la tranquillité de la campagne, c'est la destination idéale.

Dans un univers verdoyant et calme, nous avons pris plaisir à séjourner chez Diane et Marcus. Notre fille de 2 ans a été enchantée par les animaux de la ferme. Les hôtes sont discrets et accueillants, un grand merci pour leur gentillesse.

Diane et Marcus sont d'excellents hôtes. Ils sont généreux, intéressants, et prennent plaisir à partager leur quotidien avec vous. Tout en restant discrets... Nous recommandons fortement le gîte où vous trouverez tout le necessaire pour passer un excellent séjour à la campagne. Des animations estivales sont proposées dans les villages voisins. En résumé, un superbe séjour ! Aurélie, Bertrand, Iris et Jeanne.

In La Gimbretière beleefden we een onvergetelijke vakantie. We verbleven drie weken in de gite en genoten van de rust en het groen. Tussendoor maakten we uitstapjes met onze gastheer Marcus en schoven we mee aan tafel als er extra gasten waren om van Diane's uitstekende kookkunsten te genieten. Maar uiteraard eerst aperitieven! Lekkere rosé, huisgemaakte pizza, fijne gesprekken, zelfs een kampvuur, ... wat wil een mens nog meer? De nationale feestdag van zowel Frankrijk als België werden uitgebreid gevierd. We hebben ons geen minuut verveeld en ook de 'boerderijdieren' zorgden voor heel wat animatie... Gonda, ik mis je :-)! We hebben geleefd als God in Frankrijk. Van deze vakantie gaan we nog heel lang nagenieten!
