Older condo, but in a good location.

Overall our stay was okay but a bit uncomfortable. The neighbors informed us that we weren't supposed to be staying there because that association doesn't rent for less than thirty days. This caused the neighbors to be a bit nosy and watched us most of the time but were overall nice. This made us quite uncomfortable however because we didn't feel very welcomed. Overall, the place was picked up and clean to the naked eye. However, once we spent some time there the floors were caked with dirt and made your feet need a wash every couple of minutes. We washed every dish before we used it and some essentials were understocked. The comforters and mattress had several stains on them as well. The pool area was super nice but it seems as if the other residents are quite particular. It really is in a beautiful location and morning walks were wonderful there. Overall, Frank was a good host.

The condo complex was very nice with a heated pool and gated for privacy and was very quiet. The landlord was very nice, had great communication skills and even let me in at 1am in the morning when the gate wouldnt open. The home itself is outdated and dirty with old outdated funiture. The carpet in the master bedroom had many stains and i am sure he will replace. Other then those issues there were no other problems.

This is a good value especially at peak times in the area. Frank was very friendly and check in was easy. The pool area is very nice with seating to eat outdoors. The condo did smell strongly of chemical and the living room/kitchen was not very clean.

Wonderful and peaceful. Was just the rest and relaxation we needed. Pool area is awesome and conveniently located. Neighbors are very nice and welcoming. Located near various restaurants and shopping. Full kitchen made cooking a breeze.
