A place that feels like home! The location is great, tram station right out front and in a walkable fun neighborhood with lots of coffee and restaurants in walking distance. We were first wary after reading the reviews mentioning the tram noise, but it wasn’t noisy at all! One could hear the tram but it was a quite calming background train noise, rarely noticeable. I loved that the apartment had everything you need (spices, olive oil, dishwasher, washer/dryer, many kitchen utensils). The bed was super comfortable and the shower was great. Tia was super nice and responded instantly to any questions we had. She also organized a late check out for us which we really appreciated. The wifi was sometimes a little shaky but most of the time it worked very well. I can highly recommend this apartment and would absolutely rent it again!

Cute place with great location right off a tram line to CBD. Place was very clean and cozy. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone visiting Melbourne.

I had a fab nine nights in Tia’s apartment. Great building - very safe with a super roof top for catching the sun. And a great neighbourhood which slowly reveals itself to you (Melbourne is all about rooftops, basements and back lanes ). The 86 tram and its nearby stop is a godsend though - taking you up Smith St, the marvellous Gertrude St and the CBD and beyond. All the amenities - and how to work them - were as described, although i did give up trying to make the dishwasher work properly. 99 out of a hundred - highly recommended

Convenient place to stay in good proximity to Collingwood and Fitzroy. We found the tram a bit noisy, but otherwise recommend for a stay that is good value.
