Very nice and spacious apartment. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. One bedroom with ensuite bathroom (bath, shower, toilet) and a huge waterbed. Second bedroom is a kids' room, with a double bed positioned a bit higher, the bed is about 1m90 long. 3rd room with a very big (thick) inflatable mattress with an extra top layer so very comfortable (not the ordinary inflatable mattress). We were 5 girls, but (as a mom) I can tell the apartment is very suited for kids as well. Graciela is very responsive. We used 'Nextbike' a lot to get around, very convenient.

The flat is extremely clean, comfortable, and quiet. It was snowing during our stay so we made use of the fireplace which sets a lovely atmosphere. There is also an easy to connect to sound system and Netflix for when we were lounging. Nearby restaurants and proximity to the U-Bahn station make going out very easy and a joy. The one thig I would note is that the third bed that is listed as "Double Bed" is actually an air mattress. Luckily it was a pretty comfortable one so wasn't an issue but I would have appreciated knowing that beforehand rather than finding that upon arrival.

Beautiful modern flat, close to cool coffee shops and restaurants, short distance to Alexanderplatz. Quiet and cool in the Berlin August heat. One of the best places I have stayed in Berlin.

We loved our week long stay in this beautiful, light, clean and very comfortable apartment. The floor to ceiling windows on either side were beautiful. Everything was elegant, comfortable, relaxed. Wonderful location with access to Mitte and Kreuzberg.
