Best place for a perfect stay in Kalamata! Nico’s place is ideally situated in between the Old town and the seafront, with plenty of little shops, bakeries, traditional tavernas, takeaways, cafés and a couple of supermarkets nearby. Lots of beautiful and secluded beaches in the vicinity of the town! For those who like rooftop views, you’ll be spoiled as you get the best view from Nico’s rooftop terrace, where you can also sunbathe (Nico kindly provided long chairs and beach towels) as it’s quite private! The place itself is clean, furnished with great taste and with everything one could need for a short or longer stay. The bathroom is huge, with plenty of cupboards and the bed is very comfortable, which is important for a longer stay! Nico’s guest book is full with amazing recommendations and he is also always available for advice! We have spent an amazing stay of more than ten days and we will be leaving with the only desire to come back again as soon as we can! Thank you 🙏🏼☀️

Très bel appartement, très confortable, avec une superbe vue reposante sur la ville et une belle terrasse pour profiter du soleil. L’arrivée était soignée on se sent bien accueilli. Nico est toujours disponible et proactif afin que le séjour se passe à merveille.
