I was looking for somewhere to relax for a few days, and I couldn't have wished for better! Maria Elena and Jose Luis are the hosts with the mosts, I felt so at home and relaxed, and they were very generous with their beautiful home, and the rear garden on the lake was just perfect for relaxing and watching the world go by - jumping fish, ibises, pelicans and iguanas all made regular appearances. I would highly recommend staying here, and with the bonus of a very safe neighbourhood, you will not be disappointed. Gracais Maria Elena and Jose Luis!! x

Staying at this Airbnb was perfect! Not only was the home stunning and cozy, but our host went above and beyond. Maria surprised us with champagne for our matrimony celebration – talk about starting the party off right! And when I left my ceremonial garments behind (oops!), they swooped in to save the day. 10/10 would recommend for a magical stay with hosts who truly care. God bless her and her family! 🥂
We had a short but lovely weekend in Miami. Did not spend much time at the house but had a great chat and coffee first morning with Maria Elena and her husband. We felt right at home. The place was beautiful and convenient for the Hard Rock Stadium games and shopping at Aventura Mall. Would definitely come back.
I rarely will stay in a room at someone else’s house. But after seeing the reviews and the incredibly high prices in Miami, I decided to give it a shot. I’m so glad I did. First of all the place is amazing. To sit on the back deck in the morning, drinking my coffee and watching the sun rise over the lake was incredible. I would end the day the same way. Maria and her husband are amazing. I would wake up every morning to a text from her telling me that my coffee was ready. Anytime I’m back in this area. I will definitely stay here again.

My husband Jose Luis and I are from South America. I am from Ecuador, and he is from Uruguay. We enjoy traveling and have done so to many countries around the world. There is no place that we have not enjoyed. Every place has its beauty. We also enjoy using Airbnb. Have met wonderful people who are now great friends. I have lived in New York, California, and now in Miami. I love all these places, but Florida is my favorite. I have two daughters, Adriana and Nicole. Adriana lives with us. Jose Luis has a daughter and a son. We have two wonderful pets, Suki and Rufus. Suki is a Dashhund miniature, and Rufus is a Labrador/Weimaraner, and they live with us. Very smart and friendly dogs. I own a firm that consults for hotels. Because of my work, I have traveled to many places in the world. I don't like to talk about politics or religion. Respect the opinion of these two subjects from everyone. I have been told that I am extroverted, with lots of sense of humor, and everyone loves the way I laugh, with lots of passion. Enjoy dancing Latin music, and my life motto is to live every day, like if it was your last one!!! There is one thing that I am known for, and that is CLEANLINESS. I love a beautiful home, well designed, organized with a clean smell at all times. My entire life I have lived with a parent who was the same way, then with a teacher who tough me to be organized and finally a Hotel owner boss who told me that a well design area is just the place where one will play the best performance if it has good lighting, furniture and decorations. He was right. I have enjoyed all my guests and it looks as they are all very happy with me too so I have a perfect relationship with all of them. We already have a few guests that have come back to stay with us and a few that have told us that they will definitely come back. Hope to see you soon.
