This basement apartment is compact as described in the listing. It was clean and well presented. We liked the doors opening onto the garden. It is within walking distance of Manly beach and shops and there good bus service with a stop outside the apartment. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful.
Thank you so much once again for your wonderful hospitality. It is such a wonderful little place and you've really thought of everything. Our little one had a blast between the toddler chairs, books and toys available. :) Would highly recommend

We fell in love with this little studio and could not recommend highly enough! One of our favorite Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed in. The perfect space with gorgeous surroundings, in a lovely and quiet neighborhood, super close to the beach and all the cute shops/restaurants in Manly. Kathryn and Steve were such kind and welcoming hosts and made us feel immediately at home. We did not want to leave, seriously this is the best hidden gem in Manly!
Kathryn and James are a lovely couple and made us feel right at home right away. We only stayed a couple of nights but we’d love to come back and stay with them again. The garden is beautiful and the suite is walking distance to the beach. Lovely people in a lovely place!

As the saying goes 'Life is good at the beach' and that's why Steve and I and our two adult sons have lived in Manly for many years. We love relaxing at the beach, swimming, kayaking, snorkeling, walking the dogs and doing many other activities that this wonderful area has to offer. We enjoy meeting up with friends in the many great eateries, small cosy bars, pubs and local breweries in walking distance from home. We always look forward to meeting our guests and assisting in any way we can.
