I rarely give reviews on anything, especially not hotels or Airbnbs. However Mr Angus's place is so incredible I just have to drop a few words. The moment you enter into the court/street you just feel secure, the place is surrounded by a nicely planned neighbourhood that's very well maintained. The Man himself "Mr Angus" is awesome and made of all warm welcoming personality. The moment you meet him you know the stay is gonna be great. As you enter the house you immediately feel peace, and as the host gives you a brief tour of the house it's hard to miss how organised the whole place is. Enter the room a nice high quality bed awaits you, soft mattress and very smooth sheets, not to forget a wedge pillow that makes you feel great enjoying the large nicely positioned TV. If you are thinking of getting the place, go get it you'll love it.

Top notch hospitality. Host has been doing this a long time and it shows. Numerous small but useful creature comforts and efficient ways of doing things. Bball hoop and space out back makes for some fun breaks from work!

Years of experience hosting has given Angus a sort-of sixth sense when it comes to anticipating his guests’ needs. My hand soap in the bathroom was running low; the next day, it was magically full again. I mentioned that I was a coffee drinker; the next morning, a coffee maker appeared on the kitchen counter, complete with filters. Dirty dishes placed near the sink routinely transmogrified into clean dishes in the cabinet. As I was pulling out of the driveway one morning, Angus flagged me down and offered to shine my tires with a spray; the man was in and out like a pit crew. Call him Angus, call him Johnny-on-the-spot, or call him the most diligent Airbnb host in King County, because this guy could go to regionals. I also found him to be a great conversationalist. WiFi was blazing fast (585 Mbps download / 17 Mbps upload), the bed was a Goldilocks situation, and the beautiful backyard was a perfect space to lounge, work or eat breakfast. This one’s a no-brainer: Book it.

Angus is highly organized! You will have an assigned parking space, an assigned sink, and assigned towels. A clean and beautiful house on a quiet cul-de-sac. Only 2 or 3 blocks to a bus stop and groceries.

I stayed here for 10 weeks over the summer, and I would highly recommend anyone to stay here. The bed and pillows are super comfortable, and I always had access to clean towels/ blankets as well. The kitchen has absolutely everything you need if you cook, and everything in the house is very tidy and clean. The backyard is very nice and private, and the lounge chairs are a nice bonus. It’s only a few minutes from I5 so getting to Seattle or Tacoma is super quick and easy, and getting to the airport (SeaTac) is easy as well. Angus takes pride in being a good host and certainly treats you like family, he’s friendly, always willing to have conversation, and goes above and beyond to accommodate his guests. If I am in the area again I will be staying again!
