Perfect place for our ski trip. Only a short walk to everything inc gondola and lifts. The chalet had everything that we needed. For the money we paid we were a very happy BRB group. The Happy Duck restaurant just up the road always look after our group and we now have a perfect venue of ski food and accommodation. Thank you.

Lovely chalet with brilliant location

A place with lots of potential in a good location. Suffered from several major problems: first, a bad smell of sewage. Second, mattresses are very uncomfortable and old bedding and not enough blankets. The owner said he'd take care of those things-check before you book the place. The wifi is weak - can not be trusted. Many small things are broken (some of the electric heating, locks, racks, drawers). The kitchen lacked basic accessories - a sharp knife, scoop, regular size spoons, a towel and more. Kitchen utensils were plentiful. The extra touch we are used to from such places was missing, on the contrary, there was a little feeling of neglect. In addition, a handle was broken in the shower and we were asked by the owners to pay for it. Luckily, with the intervention of airbnb, they decided that we were exempt from payment - But we would love to spare all the trouble around it. The owner is not there. The property is handled by a local agency (their office is about 500 meters from the property), which of course is less committed and it shows.

This is a beautiful little place. It's out the way of the main strip but only a short walk if you want to get amongst it. There's also a lovely little restaurant at the end of the road and we ate there for 3 out of our 5 nights. It's incredibly warm if you're going in the winter and the sauna works really well too. The shower is also fantastic. I would 100% stay here again, we all had a lovely time.

Wonderful chalet in the heart of Borovets I will definitely be returning next year !
