Great and well decorated apartment located in a nice and quiet street in the heart of Leblon neighborhood. Walking distance from the beach, good restaurants and grocery stores. Fast online support. I would definitely stay there again!

Excelente ubicación, muy seguro porque está al lado de una estación de policía, cercano a supermercados y restaurantes, cercano a la playa, y muy tranquilo el barrio.

This is the second time I have stayed at this studio. It is conveniently located, practical and well-equipped. This time the price was a bit higher, maybe due to the final of Copa Libertadores. There we are also two issues that I reported to Estadia and which they were not able to fix: (i) the safe was locked and could not be used and (ii) the door to the balcony had the lock broken and could not be locked. In a city like Rio I would have preferred to had both things fixed, although in the end no security issue occurred.
