Everything you need for a few weeks' stay in NoVa, at a great price My experience with airbnb has been RAW with spam 5 star reviews and misleading expectations set by how the company controls its hosts and guests. Using this app has been a trial by fire for me despite the savings over a hotel This stay has been the most GENUINE I've booked so far The 3rd floor is a walk about 5 pivots going up. Not a problem, i just packed my clothes in a laundry bag rather than my whole suitcase. The shared living space can be noisy if you have a guest who is active at night. I laid a pair of jeans on the crack of my door & it helped a lot Laundry room had complimentary soap & dryer sheets. Shared bathroom works well. The bedroom TV has Amazon prime video service. Complimentary maid service on Mondays. Got me a new set of sheets. Host is VERY proactive 👍 Checked in with me after my first day. Had i planned things out, I would have booked another week or two. The best of my airbnb stays so far

Patricia and Steve are very responsive and accommodating hosts, that could handle the chaos of many short visits in a short timeframe. They really make it worthwhile for repeat visitors.

The devil is in the details, and my stay was chock-filled with them. You can tell when hosts have taken the time to think about what guests might need; this listing is no exception. The room alone has many amenities and thus makes for a comfortable listing for longer stays (very quiet, too). The surrounding area is nice (suburbia) for outdoor activities of all sorts and is lively. There is not much that I would change about it; it was terrific!
