Wir waren sehr zufrieden - waren 9 Personen mit 3 Kindern und das Haus hat uns wirklich genug Platz geboten - in einem sehr kleinen Nebengebäude gibt es noch ein Doppelbett mit Bad - ist aus meiner Sicht eher ein Einzelzimmer - sonst aber alles sehr gut - nach Monteverdi Marittimo sind es zu Fuß 10 Minuten - dort gibt es eine Bar, Lebensmittelgeschäfte und eine Trattoria - an den nächsten Strand sind es ca 35 Minuten mit dem Auto - ins Bolgheri zu den Top-Weingüter in etwa 20 Minuten Sehr schöne und ruhige Umgebung - das Haus war sehr gepflegt und gut in Schuss

Fantastisk smukt sted. Meget specielt og inspirerende med alle skulpturer og kunstneriske detaljer i huset og rundt på grunden.

Amazing stay at the beautiful Tuscany land. The place was very clean and the owners friendly. Next time we would be happy with some basic kitchen equipment, we missed dish soap, toilet paper, salt and oil... We had to buy all of it. I wrote to the agency before coming there, asking if the pool is private. They told me that the pool is shared with one more house, but the house wasnt booked for the time of our stay. When we arrived we figured that other houses are sharing the pool, which was dissappointing. The heated pool was heated so much that we couldnt enter it. The bedroom outside the main house was impossible to sleep in because there were problems with canalization and even though they came to repair it, it still smelled inside the bedroom at all times. The pool was only open until 8pm.

wir hatten 4 zimmer, waren in einer Villa und einem kleinen Nebenhaus. positiv: tolle Villa, alles sehr stilvoll. Garten mit Skulpturen einfach toll. ruhige Lage, viel Platz negativ: kein wifi, schlechter Netzempfang, Nebenhaus war unbewohnbar wegen Kanalgeruch, offenbar Probleme mit den Abwasserinstallationen

Simply stunning location and the grounds. Quiet, peaceful and very interesting surroundings. The park has the owner’s statues and the stonework around is just amazing. Two swimming pools are clean and very well looked after Welcoming and accommodating staff and the owners. We had Villa Fontana, which was perfect for two families, as it had two individual entrances plus additional separate ensuite bedroom. The accommodations is quite specific, with antique furniture and unique stone/clay work. Didn’t feel very cosy and quite dark, but it is personal choice and by no means should put people off visiting, as it is traditional Italian design. the terrace was spacious and we did spend most of our time there, at the pools or out and about. Having a car was handy, as we did explore quite few places. Tuscany is just amazing place to visit. Baratti beach and Populonia worth a visit
