This place was great! Barring a few unavoidable issues with plumbing, it was as advertised and very quiet. Plenty of seating areas and soft everything made this place a great family getaway! We loved the rooftop patio and the decor. Super cute and homey! I would stay here again…don’t forget to visit the Poke place right across the street!

Sometimes it's the little things that make all of the difference. Host = spot on, genuine and a great communicator. He was very responsive and kind during my flurry of drama before the actual trip. His patience and kindness really helped me kept calm during the possible interruption in my trip. Thank you Carl! Left ya a bottle of vino in the fridge! Space = again, all of the little touches made the space feel cozy. Loved, loved, loved the personal water servers next to the bed, so amazing. The small but easily seen notes were very helpful and positioned strategically around the space. Super smart. Appreciated the hair diffuser for the blow dryer, it was great to see the steamer, a safe and all of the extra linens, sheets, etc. We didn't use all of them but it was great to see them. The cupboard with the coffee station was fab. It was well thought out, stocked up and very user friendly! Loved the space, neighborhood, amenities and all of the communication! YES stay here!

Carl and his wife were wonderful! They checked in on us to make sure things were going well. They were so friendly as well. The place was as described and was very clean. The beds were comfortable and they had everything you could need and more. The location was a few blocks from the beach and close to restaurants and grocery stores. The condo was private and we felt very safe. We would visit again!

located on a private deadend street, very walkable to everything needed. unit is just as pictured. Carl was on top of everything and was able to have all information before needing to ask for anything.
