Were do I start- On arrival we found the pool was dirty, lots grease on surface from Suncream prob from previous guests, outdoor seating area left dirty and I had to brush area remove lots dead leaves from seating area, remove the cushions to let them dry as soaking wet! Mattresses are badly stained hidden by mattress covers! No starter pack not even one toilet roll or hand wash, so if you arrive late at night your in trouble! . Fridge/freezer hadn’t been defrosted in god knows how long could not close freezer door due to amount Ice sticking out. Some dishes chipped. Clearly photos shown are old as Vila is nice but looks tired. Air conditioning good. No Manuel for English Guests only in German so need to figure out how to operate equipment thankfully not difficult. No wifi. Area nice enough. It is a 15+ minute walk to supermarket which whilst not far isn’t great when carrying water and other essentials. Family of cats living at back of Vila thankfully kept out our way as my husband has allergy to cats. Overall disappointing due to us having to clean when we arrived. Mattresses really need do need to Be replaced as stained due to bed wetting and other bodily fluids- disgusting. Certainly wouldn’t book again as not worth almost £2000 for a week!
