Der Aufenthalt in der Villa war wirklich toll. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet und schön groß. Das Haus war sehr sauber. Der Außenbereich mit dem Pool ist sehr schön und man hat eine tolle Aussicht. Wir haben einige Abende mit Vino & Tapas auf der Terrasse verbracht.;) Pollença ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Ort an sich ist toll:) Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, der Strand und die Berge sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen! Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Vielen Dank!

Beautiful Villa, perfectly located 5 minutes from the centre of Pollença

Lovely villa. Spotless & clean. Quite near to road but noise not bad at all. Facilities exactly as described. Notably excellent kitchen and very comfy bed, also catered for baby well. Only lost 1 star overall due to minor pool and air con issue. Pool developed green algae on the base and despite using the net daily to clean this wouldn’t go away. I messaged Josep and each time he was very responsive and the owner (who was very friendly) came twice to attempt to fix but sadly the problem didn’t go away. I didn’t feel comfortably with my young baby in the pool with the green algae so couldn’t really use it. May be to do with time of year and rain that we had but I’ve never had this problem before with a villa in Pollensa or elsewhere. The air con worked fantastic in the bedroom but started to leak in the main room, this was with sporadic use only so we stopped using it completely. Otherwise this place really was great and if the pool didn’t have algae I would have given 5 stars.

Had a great week. The villa was generally well equipped and clean. Really comfortable and the pool was nice. A 15 min walk into the centre with lots of great restaurants. Pollenca really is one of the best old towns in the Med.

A lovely clean villa set in beautiful surroundings. Lots of towels and a very comfortable bed. And air conditioning! The extensive welcome pack of food and drink was an unexpected surprise. However there was no dishcloth, kitchen roll, washing up liquid, spare bin bags and only one dishwasher tablet. Essentials which I would expect, even if self catering. There was also no condiments as listed in the details. Josep was an excellent host and very quick to respond when we were a key missing to actually access the property and did attempt to get the owner to clean the pool, although not resolved in the time we were there. I would definitely recommend this villa and would be more than happy to stay again.
