This spacious chalet is located in the center of Kirchberg in Tirol in the ski resort of Kitzbüheler Alps. An excellent location on the river, very central with a lot of privacy. The chalet has 8 bed- (made beds) and 5 bathrooms, almost all direct connected. The furnishings are comfortable with a large kitchen with a cooking island. The chalet is ideal for families with (grand) children or groups of friends (max 18 pers). In 2019 a skiroom is added. Rented in winter through Belvilla. All rooms are spacious and kitchen, dining and living room are connected. The spacious living room has a 65-inch satellite TV, dining has table for 18 people, kitchen with two dishwashers, two refrigerators, oven & microwave, 5 electric cooker, Nespresso coffee machine, all kinds of cooking aid equipment, everything to cook and bake delicious. Furthermore, a bookcase filled with English and Dutch books and a cupboard full of games. Obviously, there is a washer and dryer. There is a small kitchen and small living room in the basement. The garage can accommodate 2 cars. There are high chairs (trip-trap) and baby chairs. Besides 18 beds, there are two cribs for babies / children up to 3/4 years.

Trevligt hus perfekt beläget mitt i byn. Bra sällskapsutrymmen och välutrustat kök för stora sällskap. Extra plus för att det fanns gott om kryddor och lite basvaror.

Great place for a large group of people and families. Kitchen has all you need to feel at home. Living area and eating area accommodate all comfortably. Lovely town near bakery and grocery store. Magnificent views and all around eve-so-pleasant. On site house manager very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Perfekte Räume um gemeinsam Zeit zu verbringen. Großer Esstisch und geräumiges Wohnzimmer. Super Ausstattung - alles da was man benötigen könnte. Kommunikation sehr schnell und unkompliziert.

Super fijn en compleet huis voor groot gezelschap. Wij verbleven er met 4 gezinnen en hebben fijne dagen er gehad. Enigszins prijzig vonden we het allemaal wel maar door zelf te koken hebben we wat dure hotelrekeningen bespaard.

Net terug van een paar dagen skiën met 16 vrienden. We hebben het top gehad, heerlijk om veel ruimte te hebben met een grote groep! Alles was netjes schoon, de matrassen waren goed en in de keuken is een hele ruime hoeveelheid aan pannen, servies, etc. Snelle communicatie met de eigenaar. Aanrader!

Kitzbuhel Alps Ski Area, Hahnenkamm races, with plenty of aprés ski: Eisbar, Der Tiroler. But the ski resorts of Westendorf and Brixen (Skiwelt) are just around the corner.
In the months of May / October very many fine golf courses in the immediate area. There are also many trails for mountain biking, paragliding and rafting but summer is also possible.
For relaxation, there are the Badensee and Schwarzsee.

Easy to drive from Amsterdam, 950 km from of which only 30 km highway.
But flying is also good option. The airports of Salzburg (80 km) and Innsbruck (100 km) are within one hour drive. Munich Airport is 160 km, a 2 hour drive.
