I had a wonderful stay at Ruben’s - the apartment was clean and cozy, and right next to the beach and some beautiful trails! Would definately visit again, a warm thank you to the welcoming host!

Ruben est très réactif. Nous étions 4 avec mes 3 ados et nous avons été très bien accueillis. Ils ont même pu faire une session de surf sur la magnifique plage située juste en face de la maison. La maison est très propre et bien située. Je recommande vivement.

Ruben was a fantastic host, very welcoming and it was even easy to rent a surfboard from him. I visited in the off season so it was harder to find a surf rental place that was open so it was great to have this option to rent from him. He gave me great tips about the surf spots in the surrounding areas. The house itself is beautiful, spacious and has all the necessary amenities to relax and cook dinners if you need to. The beds are comfy and it’s very quiet at night. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to a friend :))

The place is newly renovated with fresh furnitures, beds are basic but good. Nice pillows. Fresh and modern bathrooms (2 baths + 1 WC) that are shared but still feels like a private hotel bathroom. The interior is simple but well chosen by Ruben that has great taste and an eye for design. Garden, outdoor furniture, ping pong table, skateramp, nice for hanging out with friends and good storage for boards and wetsuits + outdoor showers to use after surfing. Shared kitchen is fresh and works well to use with the others in the house. Living room and dining room is an open space which makes it nice to hang out and meet other people. Ruben is a very good surfer, a super friendly welcoming host that is also very helpful. The area is calm and has not so many restaurants or cafes but the nature is fantastic for both surfing, beach hangout, hiking and trail running. I strongly recommend Rubens surf lodge!
