Villa Bay è una villa speciale situata a 4 km da Sorrento in una delle zone più esclusive e panoramiche della penisola; è stata progettata da un architetto molto giovane ed eclettico ed è caratterizzata da uno stile molto moderno e da una grande accuratezza in tutti i dettagli. Villa Bay è composta da sei camere da letto e può ospitare fino a 12 ospiti (in realtà su richiesta è possibile aggiungere altri due letti singoli). Villa Bay is a special villa located 4 km from Sorrento in one of the most exclusive and panoramic areas of the peninsula; it was projected by a very young and eclectic architect and it is characterized by a very modern style and great accuracy for all the details. Villa Bay consists of six bedrooms and it can accommodate up to 12 guests (actually two more single beds can be added on request). All the rooms have private bathroom, panoramic balcony, satellite TV, WI-FI Internet connection, large wardrobe and air-conditioning. In detail the villa develops on two levels; on the ground floor there is a modern and spacious living room with Sat-TV and a dining area with direct access to the outside terrace equipped with comfortable outside sofas and a dining table with chairs, a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances and everything you need to prepare delicious meals that can also be enjoyed outside on the panoramic terrace. Still on the ground floor there are three bedrooms, two are doubles and the third one is a twin-bedded room, all with en-suite bathroom furnished with sink, toilet, bidet, shower and hairdryer; a guest’s bathroom and a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer are available on this floor. Going up few steps you reach the first floor, here there is a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom featuring 2 washbasins and a whirlpool bathtub/shower; two double bedrooms (one on request can be made with two separate beds) with en-suite bathroom, one has a bathtub and the other one has a shower. The villa features outside a beautiful garden surrounded by Mediterranean fruits trees and there is a private swimming pool whose size is 4x7.5 meters: adjacent to the pool there is the patio equipped with table and deck chairs, making it the ideal place to spend an unforgettable holiday in Sorrento coast. Rental rules: A cash refundable deposit of 1.000 Euros is required upon arrival and it will be returned at time of departure less any charges in case of damage to the property. Check-In time is from 15:00, Check-Out time is by 10:00 AM The rental price is inclusive: Housekeeper every day for 5 hours for cleaning rooms, bathrooms, living area excluding kitchen area (on request for the kitchen area, it is possible to have an extra service at a cost of 20 euros per hour). Daily change of bath towels, change of bed linens three times a week, change of pool towels once per week, electricity, gas, water consumption, heating, wi-fi, air-conditioning.
