We picked the right house for our month-long (February) stay! My criteria, first and foremost, are the 3 C's... Clean, Comfortable and Convenient and this nailed all 3 with ease. We walk a lot when in Mt Dora and this is just a short block to Donnelly St. and a few minutes from Donnelly Park and downtown. A convenient, short drive up Donnelly to 441 where you'll find Publix and tons of other shopping. The house was clean and the furnishings were comfortable. There are lots of pluses beyond the 3 Cs such as a private fenced outdoor space... a second TV in the larger bedroom ...a front sunroom with 2 reclining chairs, just right for kicking back with a book after long walks in Mt Dora. Very important to us was the central AC and don't forget the efficient heat system which was especially appreciated on the many 40 degree mornings during our stay. The host was super responsive too. We would certainly consider staying here again!

Beautiful home in one of my favorite places- Mount Dora. Isabel was so responsive , helpful and friendly. Walking distance to downtown. So lovely for the holidays - will definitely stay again 😃

We loved Cozy Corner. So close to downtown. The house was lovely and had a great backyard space to relax in.

Great little cottage in Town. Perfect for our Thanksgiving visit to see family. Quiet street but close enough to walk to downtown shops and restaurants
