Matt's condo was perfect for us. Clean and well-appointed. Lots of space for our family of 4, and we loved that beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas were provided. The condo is close enough to town to walk, although we did take advantage of the free trolley and ended up renting bikes for a couple days as well. Highly recommend walking/biking or taking the trolley to town, because parking there is tricky! This particular area of Siesta Key was great - you literally cross the street and the beach access path is there. There are no buildlings or homes across the street from the condo so your view of the ocean is unobstructed - not a necessity, but definitely a bonus. Most importantly, Matt was quick to answer my questions and notified us as soon as the condo was cleaned and ready for check-in, as he knew we had an early arrival flight - again, not expected, but a very welcome courtesy. Would definitely recommend!
