Trevor and his wife couldn't have been anymore accommodating. Communication was excellent from booking right the way through to leaving, warm and friendly welcome and feeling of being part of a small community. The flat itself was exactly what we were expecting and to some degree exceeded them, it suited us down to the ground in its locality and budget. We would definitely recommend and certainly stay again. Bruntingthorpe is a pretty little village just a few miles away from Lutterworth with all the important amenities and facilities. The chip shop in Fleckney was rather nice!

The flat was fantastic. Really well presented and spacious. Trevor was also very welcoming and met me on my arrival . I Would highly recommend staying here .

Lovely place in a quiet village in the countryside to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. We stayed for over a month while in the process of moving home and everything was great. Me and my partner both work from home and we were able to manage without any issues with the space we had. The host Trevor is very welcoming and accommodating. He responds quickly and always has time for a chat to see how things are going. Would definitely stay again.
