Fabulous sea view from this modernised two bedroom cottage. Family bathroom and one en-suite. Large garden, off street parking, free wifi, numerous countryside and cliff top walks. Less than 1.5 miles from Coldingham Sands and St Abbs. Bars and restaurants and tea rooms nearby. 12 miles from historic Berwick-Upon-Tweed. 35 miles from Kelso. 1 hour from Edinburgh. Handy for course and fly fishing. Ideal for walkers, cyclists, divers (St Abbs 2miles) and lovers of peace and quiet. Family Bathroom and one en-suite off the master bedroom

This is the Perfect location to explore the East Coast. The cottage is easy to find, very well equipped and has lovely views over Coldingham. The coastal walks are definitely worth doing, as is a visit to Coldingham beach.

Our third visit to Templehall so we can visit family. This is an excellent place to stay and has everything you need. Lovely view over Coldingham to the sea from the back garden.

We all had a wonderful time. The cottage is easy to find and in a great location with wonderful views. We received a warm welcome and shown how to use the heating etc. The cottage is very well equipped and had everything we needed. Comfortable beds and a great TV! The area is superb. So much to see and do. The walk to st Abbs is lovely also over to st Abbs head/lighthouse. We also had great walks around the Kelso and Coldstream areas. We also really like North Berwick and Dunbar. Eyemouth is great for a potter about and Berwick upon Tweed has everything you'd need. Thank you!
