we had a great time here. The room was very clean everything was there to make our stay easy (beach towels, kitchen fully equipped..). we enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as shared bbq. we found the area quiet and close enough to uptown Sedona. perfect balance !

The condo was clean and easy to get to from Sedona. It was about a 15-20 min drive from town so you will need a rental car to get around. The only issue we had was that the property is part of a time share (or at least on one of the timeshare communities) so our check in process took almost 2 hours as the Hilton group was trying to sell us packages. We politely declined several times but they continued to push, tried to charge a $194 resort fee (when Scott called they denied ever charging the fee then reversed it on our card) and took our cc for deposit (totally fine) what bothered us the most is at the end they said, so we have booked you a preview to join the HG MAX and it is a requirement for you to attend. If we did not show up they threatened to charge our card for the no show, again an appointment we declined several times. I strongly believe this is poor on Hilton, not Scott for the property. Having to sit through 4 hours worth of sales pitch was less than desirable.

Scott’s place was amazing! It was near everything and the apartment was complete it had everything we needed. I’d definitely recommend it
