Absolutely the best beach access and pool of anyplace we have stayed (and that’s out of a lot of beach rentals). The most beautiful plants and trees you will find are right around the pool. Two hot tubs. The beach is so close you can likely toss a football into the ocean from the back gate. Not many places will hold your whole family with room to spare with such great entertaining spaces. The house is older and shows it but imho that’s not what you want to be there for. The place is for having fun with all your folks! Beds were great. Plenty of bathrooms with lots of hot water to go around. Two sets of new washer and dryers. Close to everything.

The house is in an amazing location. Private beach and great amenities. However, the house needs some attention. Outdated and in need of renovations.

I can’t say enough about the location and outdoor amenities. 10/10! The beach couldn’t be more beautiful or close. The house is an older beach home and little quirky but it has character. Two kitchens and ice makers were awesome and beds were comfortable and plenty of TVs. If you are looking for brand new and modern this isn’t it but we weren’t in the house except to sleep so no issues there. The previous renters left the place a mess so we had a later check in but we used the beach until ready. Also, the toilet and washer were damaged from previous tenant and after calling the management team they were able to replace the washer during our stay and sent a plumber which was a HUGE relief to be able to wash clothes with little kids. Loved they area, can’t say enough about how great of time was had by everyone. Also, the house was stocked with little nice necessities like coffee filters, spices, etc which were nice when you rent a home.
