There is troubling issues about the place, and because of that we left a day earlier than first calculated and payed for. We are sadly not satisfied with the stay. Apartment no.2 is cold and very moist! The room itself, the sheets, towels, the bed, quits, pillows, our clothes, our baby wagon - everything is moist by staying in the apartment. We have our 4 month baby with us, and the indoor moisty condition is very unhealthy for us, but certainly also for our little babyboy! Also the smell is not that good, but that is probably because of the moist. I wrote Helena about the missing heat in the radiators, and they wrote me back, that the caretaker would look at it. The warmth could have been helpful in a moist room. At least so our things didn't get soaking wet. It never came to work during our stay. Last, but not least the cleaning is not quite acceptable. There is spiderweb in the corners and the floor lists are dirty. Also the floor look and seems dirty to me. Because of the things described above, we will not rate the place very high - and we will not come back, even though the place is near a big lovely forest, and the neighbourhood is quite. (Helena did call me back after sending her this message to clear things out. The missing warmth was missing due to the high gas prices, and first time she hasn't turned on the heat this month)

Die Unterkunft versprach etwas für Ruhesuchende zu sein. Dieses Kriterium erfüllt sie aber leider nur mit ihrer Umgebung. Nur ein paar Schritte und man ist in der Dresdner Heide, das ist wirklich traumhaft. Wer aber nach seinem Urlaubstag Ruhe in der Unterkunft finden will oder entspannt aufwachen will, ist ziemlich schlecht beraten. Man hört alles, aber wirklich alles von den anderen Mietern. Ab 06:30 Uhr bellende Hunde, und schreiende Babys. Extremes Gepoltere als würden Möbel gerückt, nur weil einer seinen Koffer gepackt hat oder ähnliches....so war das morgens und abends. Es ist ein großes Bungalow mit verschiedenen, nah beieinander gelegenen Eingängen (Privatsphäre ist nur bedingt möglich). Man hat das Gefühl, der Nachbar kommt gleich durch die Wand. Nein, das war leider nicht das was wir uns vorgestellt haben und so ein hellhöriges Gebäude habe ich noch nirgendwo gehabt.

Amazing property and surroundings! The room is everything you could ask for - clean sheets, towels, amenities, it comes with a fully equipped kitchen, some coffee, milk, etc. Outside is even better, there’s literally miles of forrest to simply enjoy nature
