Nice and calm place to stay with a private beach. Beautiful sunsets from the balcony. We stayed for 8 nights in studio 303. The only problem we faced was a bad smell from the bathroom the first day and night. Nick was always responsive with our requests and helped to solve it. You can also ask for the beach towels in the reception and extra pillows if needed. The ones we had were too big and uncomfortable for us. It would be nice improvement to have a smaller ones. There is possibility to rent a scooter at the reception. There are only a few places for food available around the property. Tango restaurant just on the shore and Smoon on the road for the breakfast. With a scooter you are much more flexible. All Nick’s recommendations for food places were really useful. Thanks a lot! Ps. We payed about 800 bats for electricity for those 8 days. Were using conditioning almost all the time when in the apartment.

Wir würden diese Unterkunft definitiv weiter empfehlen Die Aussicht vom Balkon war echt wunderschön gerade bei Sonnenuntergang Die Unterkunft war völlig ausreichend, wir hatten alles was wir brauchten. Eine Sache möchten wir nur noch erwähnen, wofür die Unterkunft aber nichts kann. Die Moschee 🕌 in der Nähe. Morgens wird ja minutenlang das Gebet angesagt und wir waren dann erstmal wach um 5:14 Wer bei sowas sehr empfindlich ist sollte es wissen. Die Dame von der Rezeption war sehr nett und hilfsbereit und Nick ebenfalls Er schreibt wirklich immer sehr schnell zurück , wenn man fragen hat. Das kleine Restaurant direkt am Ressort können wir auch empfehlen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dieser Unterkunft und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Die Wohnung ist super mit tollem Blick aufs Meer. Der Balkon ist allerdings erst nach Sonnenuntergang nutzbar, da er vorher voll in der Sonne liegt. Aber fürs Frühstück deshalb auch ideal. Der Strand direkt an der Unterkunft ist ok, es gibt aber wesentlich schönere auf Koh Lanta. Bar und Restaurant Shanti Shanti in direkter Umgebung sind sehr empfehlenswert. Insgesamt hat es uns super gefallen und wir können die Wohnung absolut weiterempfehlen. Strom muss man ja extra bezahlen. Das war bei uns ein kleines Problem, da die Dame vor Ort nicht wirklich wusste, wie man den Zähler abliest. Wir mussten ihr erst einmal erklären, dass es eine Kommastelle gibt und wir somit nicht den 10 fachen Preis zahlen mussten/wollten. Ansonsten alles prima!

Great stay at Coconut Bay. Excellent location right by the beach, great view from the balcony and the apartment has everything you need. Smile is very helpful at the reception. The electricity usage came to just over 400 baht for a week in our case, being sensible but not overly frugal with the AC etc. With the pricing of the listing I didn't really understand the need for this to be charged in addition. But that's the only minor fault with the place, everything else is great.

It’s a private paradise. The beach, the pool and other facilities shared with only a very few guests from other apartments, which made us feel like having our private beach and pool. The service of the property management is amazing, literally any wish can be fulfilled quickly. We felt really comfortable throughout the stay.
