This is the second time we have stayed in this property. We love the location and amenities. Very short walk to eat street and shopping. The pool is perfect and we love the undercover outdoor areas. It is great to have an indoor living space with good air-conditioning for the hot days. This property is perfect if you are holidaying in Bali as two couples. The staff were amazing and any minor issues were fixed promptly. We will be back again.

Neil's place is in a great location with easy access to restaurants, shopping, bars and is within easy walking distance to the beach. We enjoyed having lazy mornings around the pool before heading out to enjoy all that Seminyak has to offer in the evenings. Our housekeeper Ayu was very helpful and welcoming making our visit very comfortable.

위치가 좋고 아침마다 아유의 조식이 맛있었습니다 1층은 좋았으며 2층은 노후가 많이 되어 샤워시설과 침실이 전체적으로 청결하진 않았습니다. 침대는 불편했으며 세면대 높이가 높고 샤워실 수압이 낮아 사용할때마다 옷이 다 젖었네요 세면대 사방으로 튀는거와 수압 그리고 수질은 개선이 필요합니다 수영장은 너무나 만족스러웠고 2인커플에 적당한 숙소입니다

We had an amazing 2 weeks at the villa. it was perfect for our family of 4. The location was excellent, beach and lots of great restaurants very close by but very quiet/secluded feel. Neil was an excellent host offering lots of great advice and always very quick to respond to questions. Ayu cooked the most amazing breakfasts daily and kept the villa spotless and our driver Candi (organised by Windi the villa manager) was great, helping us explore lots of different parts of Bali. Would highly recommend!! Thanks for a perfect holiday!

We had an amazing time staying at Villa Petra. It was in a fantastic location with restaurants and bars all within a couple of minutes walk. We had an amazing breakfast cooked for us ever morning and the pool was stunning. Neil told us a few tips about the area before we left which was fantastic. We will definitely stay at Villa Petra next time we come back to Bali.
