The place is in a great location and the host was responsive, but it needs a lot of upkeep, especially for the price.

First, I would like to thank Paul for letting us rent the air bnb. Paul was nice enough to leave lights on for us. But upon arrival I went to use the bathroom. When I went to wash my hands the knob fell off, the water would not turn all the way off. The bedroom door knob is also falling off. There is only one tv. The kitchen sink faucet is leaking like crazy.  The pots and pans were rusted. But Paul did make sure he got us new ones dropped off along with towels. The floors are uneven and bulging up in places. The ceiling has places that are coming down. There are not enough outlets in the apartment. In order to use the ac you had to plug it into a extension cord. Which is dangerous. The porch is NOT in good shape. The stove was nasty. I took the liberty of cleaning the stove out because I had to use it. I also cleaned up the place before I left. Paul was very nice and responded to my messages quickly. He was very friendly. Paul was super but the place could use some work

Paul's place wasn't too far from popular attractions in Chattanooga. He responded well and the apartment had what we needed for our visit.

Had a nice stay. Comfortable beds. Just what we needed. Could use some updating, but doesn't detract from the overall usefulness of the property. Would stay here again!
