Conveniently located, close to MRT and bus lines, public park. Excellent laundry and room cleaning services by Nur, a very helpful and pleasant housekeeper. A big issue with a noisy smoking guest who messed up shared facilities.

Cea mai buna locatie in care am stat pana on prezent in Singapore. Linistit, parcul in apropiere, metroul la 5 min pe jos, restaurante destule. Camera este asa cume e descrisa in fotografii, curat, decent, cu tot ce trebuie, iar Nur este exceptionala! Multumesc Katherine!

facilities within the vicinity - 1. jogging track and park (1 min walk) 2. Convenience Stall (3 mins walk) 3. MRT station (5 mins walk) 4. NTUC (10 mins walk, need to check map) The helper is very helpful, she does all the laundry and cleaning for you. highly recommended.

My 3rd stay in this room and the 3rd time I am absolutely happy with this place. All info found on the website are accurate, the place is clean and very close to anything you might need. I especially appreciate the nearby MRT station and the Siglap canal that invites you for a short run to the beach. Everything in the room and house is usually working well, but if there is any issue with your room, you can be sure that Katherine will get any problem resolved very, very quickly. Highly recommended place.

Wonderful place. Everything exactly how it is described in the ad. Very nice, very clean. Quiet and beautiful area. MRT station available after a short walk and close to the recreation area at east coast park. Great place for expats and everyone who enjoys to live outside of the city center but still likes to reach all important places quickly via MRT. Highly recommended.
