Had a great week with my family at Fredrik’s house in Karlstad. Perfect when traveling with kids, the garden is spacious and private, with plenty of things to keep the kids occupied. The house was charming and spacious, with plenty of room. Great atmosphere all in all. Recommended!

Beautiful area in Romstad, close to both bus stop and boat bus during summer, but also an easy 30-35 minute walk into Karlstad.

we are a family of four (grown kids) and the space was perfect for a weeks stay in Karlstad. it's easy to get into town by bus and the neighborhood is very peaceful. Fredrik was very quick to respond to any questions we had. I definitely recommend staying here.

Fredrik's house is beautiful and perfect for a holiday stay in Karlstad. It is located in a quiet outer quarter directly on the river Klarälven (with a small bathing platform right next door). However, the centre is still 5 minutes away by car, and the house is also absolutely ideal for connections to the Hammarö peninsula, the beaches of Skutberget and Bomstad or the Bergvik shopping centre. The house itself is spacious, cosy and lovingly furnished and offers everything you need. Highlights are the large living and dining area with the open kitchen on the ground floor, the beautiful winter garden where we spent almost every evening and of course the garden around the house. We immediately felt at home. The communication with Fredrik was very uncomplicated and sympathetic. If you have the chance to rent the house for your holidays: Do it! :-)
