The Costa Brava has a wealth of wonderful places and cuisine for the visitor to experience. The area has some of the most beautiful beaches and hidden coves in Europe, for guests to explore. There is an unlimited amount of water sports from kayaking, boat hire, windsurfing/boarding and other water borne sports to enjoy. The Illes Medes, just off the coast from Estartit, is a protected marine area and has some of the best diving stop experiences in the Mediterranean.
There are fantastic cycling routes and for the more tranquil pursuits, there are wonderful walks and bird watching opportunities.
The area has also a wealth of wonderful historical buildings/architecture for guests who wish to explore the history and culture of the area. The Medieval towns/villages of Castello d'Empuries, Pals, Peratallada and Torroella de Montgri are all within short distances of the property. The fantastic walled Medieval city of Girona is only a 40 minute car journey and Dali's museum in Figueres is again only 40 minutes from the property.
Examples of occupying civilisations from the ancient Greeks/Romans to the ancient Iberian civilisation have all left their individual mark on the local landscape.
For those guests who wish to pursue golfing, there are plenty of golf courses in the area which are open all year round.

The property has secure off road parking. Girona (Costa Brava) airport is only 40 minutes away by car. This airport is very well serviced by airlines such as Ryanair and Jet2.
The nearest railway station is at Flaca which is approximately 20 minutes away by car.
Buses service both L'Estartit and Torroella de Montgri from either Barcelona or Girona.
