Eric e Cara foram excelentes anfitriões! Desde o dia que fechamos a reserva até o fim da nossa estadia, eles foram super solícitos e atenciosos conosco. Nos deram dicas sobre o parque, sobre restaurantes e todos os pontos de interesse! O espaço é exatamente como nas fotos: encantador! A cama é excelente e o banho também. Toda a propriedade é super silenciosa e lhe deixa em total contato com a natureza! Nós amamos conhecer este espaço e já estamos nos planejando para voltar mais vezes!

Our stay was magical. Cara & Eric are perfect hosts! Everything about their home was so warm and welcoming, the river next to their home was the cherry on top! We sincerely look forward to visiting again. We can’t thank them enough for such a peaceful and romantic trip.

From our informative host Eric, we received a friendly welcome to his unique, artisanal home. The studio had everything needed for our cozy and very charming getaway. During our rainy weekend, the wood-stove kept us toasty, and we found the elegant four-poster bed uber-comfortable. The impeccable 1900's salvage fenestration framed garden views of the towering gray cliffs and the pink/purple blossoms of fruit trees near at hand. When the clouds parted blue, we crossed the green lawn to take sun by the river. Afterward, we lounged in the pergola, and––as the heat of this final day arrived and red-tail hawks circled upwards, we moved under the shade of the columned veranda to chat with our fascinating and cultured host. All the while the rush of the spring river's flow offered a soothing soundtrack for this "technicolor" adventure.

The loved our stay here. We received a warm welcome from Eric and Cara, and the guest studio was just as welcoming. It is very comfortably furnished, and the bed is super comfy. The outside area including the gazebo looking over the river is simply stunning. We hope to be back soon.

We love Los Angeles and the beach towns and are so happy to share our property with kind travelers. We have lived in Los Angeles for several decades and certainly consider it home as my parents met on Wilshire Blvd in the 1940's and played on the pier and the beaches here early in their marriage.
