Simple and clean room. Great location, very close to ximen station. There is air-conditioning in the hall as well as the room, nice towels and shampoo and body wash provided. The owners were also very responsive in answering messages and very accommodating and flexible with check in and check out timings. Thank you very much! Unfortunately the washer/dryer wasnt working while i was there. I found a nearby 24 hour laundry shop to do my washing though, so it wasnt too big of a deal. The single room was also a little small with the wardrobe placed in a corner such that the drawers cant be opened. Not really a big deal as you can still hang your clothes in the main compartment.
