Alens Vila has a cool historical and natural ambiance with basic newly renovated facilities. Especially recommended for those who love to hike in the mountains. Alen gave us great tips. The areas itself is quite remote with few places to eats. The provided breakfast is rather simple.

We had a very pleasant stay at Vila Koman, an old and beautiful house from the 1930s. Everything was quiet perfect, especially because of Alen and his wife Petra. Besides some tips on what to do in the area, you could always have a nice talk about nearly everything. Furthermore our kids had much fun together. Vila Koman has everything you need. What I most liked was the overwhelming view on the mountains from our balcony. Also I recommend the craft beers Alen serves and which suits the natural surroundings. We will definetly come back!

I absolutely loved this place. Alen did an amazing job renovating this place, with eye for nice details. The place is brand new and spotless, but still has kept its personality. And Alen is a super host that helped me out when my lugage didn’t arrive. But most important, the surroundings are stunning. From there, you can do day hikes in the spectacular mountain chain. Highly recomended.

vila koman - is a beautyful villa - built in the 1930ies - but carefully renovated - with much love for the old style and details of this tratidional building - in the center of zgornje jezersko. from there you can go in a 20 minutes walk to a beautyful lake called plansar - in a really fantastic scenery in front of the kamnik massive topped by the mount grindovec. this lake is the starting point for walks - but also hiking - and real alpine tours for a few days. but more about villa koman and its owners: its a very clean and pretty place! as mentioned it's built more than 80 years ago - and alen protected by his renovations the flair of this old building. if you like old tradional and funny things from this time - u will fall immediatly in love with this place. and the breakfast is also perfect! alen and his wife are very nice -helpfull and polite people indeed. advice: ask them for their excellent slovenian red wine! - if you have some knowledge about good quality wine - you will really enjoy it! maybe at the end of your journey - you will even ask for another bottle off thi marvelous wine to bring along for some friends or relatives. taking all together i can really warmly recommend this splendid peaceful place surrounded by the magic mountain szenery.

Très bon séjour chez Alen l'hôtel est charmant, décoré avec soin. Le petit déjeuner est copieux, le pain et les confitures délicieux. Le village est très calme. La vue exceptionnelle sur la montagne. Le pain et les confitures délicieux. Alen, Petra et Constantin très accueillants. A conseiller, à recommander. Nous espérons les accueillir en Corse bientôt.
