Appartamento grande, pulito e molto vicino alla spiaggia. La zona è molto tranquilla, ma comunque ben servita. L'host è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Lo consiglierei senza dubbio.

Die Wohnung ist perfekt für eine 4 köpfige Familie, zu Fuss sind ca. 3 Minuten zum Strand und hat eine sehr schöne und grösse Terasse.

Das ist eine sehr gemütliche Wohnung, die sich nur in 3 Minuten Gehweg vom See befindet! Sehr ruhig und bequem. Es war am Anfang kein WLAN- Verbindung, wurde aber später ein Gerät installiert. Das war für uns kein Problem. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gleich um die Ecke, sowie auch eine Pizzeria und Cafe. Wir können nun weiterempfehlen. Gute Wahl für einen ruhigen Urlaub mit Kindern.

Our family really enjoyed staying in Marcello and Diane house. It is situated very well, near the sea and in a the same time the small but having everything necessary supermarket is the next door. I think it is the best place of Pineta as the beach is less crowded and all shops and cafes are around. The bus stop to go to Marco Polo as well as Latisana, Portogruaro etc. is just 5 minute work! The apartment is a perfect combination of price and comfort! Last year we stayed in Los Nidos in Sabbiadoro, it was much more expensive, but the apartment was twice smaller. This apartment is big enough for our family of two parents and two sons. It is well equipped. What I appreciated the most, the appartament has a washing machine and a stable flow of hot water which is a rare case in Lingniano. Everything worked well, we did not have to contact hosts about repairing. The apartment has a wonderful trees all around, we enjoyed drinking coffee in the green. Marcello and Diana are wonderful hosts! Kind, generous, helpful, attentive. The house is very clean and nice. I would certainly come back here and will miss our summer!
