Such a lovely private place with a garden and separate entrance. The location is super , walkable to the city, busses and trains easily accessible The coachhouse was not only complete and self sufficient but the heating was awesome, hot water lovely and Lyla respected my privacy but was super friendly as was the whole family. I hope to return soon.

Lyla was flexible about check in and any queries were dealt with well. The Coach House was perfect for our needs and well equipped. Very comfortable bed, peaceful and really well located for restaurants, bars and the University. We would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely stay in Leicester. This property is in the heart of a very vibrant district. Although the property was very quiet, only a few minutes walk there are numerous coffee shops, deli’s, restaurants and other amenities. The immediate area felt very safe to walk around. The property is located such that Leicester city centre is within easy walkable distance. There is also a very regular bus service with stops close to the property. The property itself is very unique. tastefully decorated and very clean. All the facilities within the property are useable. It is not a large space, yet it is more than adequate for two adults. We were able to prepare meals with the facilities provided. We found the hosts to be very friendly, flexible and knowledgeable of the local area. We would have no hesitation in recommending this property for a short or even extended stay. Thank you Lyla & Stephen xx

Just like pictures it’s a small private cute place in a secure setting. Heated flooring and comfortable large bed. Appreciated their advice, greeting and food treats they provided to get me started. It’s only one block to a commercial street with shops, restaurants and groceries and bus stop.

This is a safe, warm and cozy place to stay. Many amenities are a very short walk; shops, cafés and bars. There is a frequent bus service into the city.
