We were very lucky we rented this apartment. This place is as discribed, amazing 2 story apartment with leather furniture, big living room , spacious bedrooms , walk in closets and nice bathrooms. The host was very friendly and responsive. We liked the apartment and consider to return back.

Fantastic host. Really helpful, responsive and friendly. With two adults and three teenagers we wanted enough space to be together but also not be as cramped as we would be in a hotel. This apartment gave us everything we needed. Just a block back from the beach front hotels, restaurants and shops, it was super convenient yet remarkably quiet. The apartment is spacious and furnished in a comfortable modern style that fits the environment. Would definitely recommend and may well be back for another vacation.

We had an amazing time in Aruba. SunStays Management definitely played a big role in it. They gave us plenty of suggestions for attractions and restaurants, even helped us make some reservations. Communication was top notch, we couldn’t have been happier. Their knowledge of the island was impressive. This apartment is definitely in a perfect location and very well maintained. Can’t wait to be back

This place was amazing. Hosts were prompt and able to answer quickly aswell as give in depth information. We had all the amenities we could possibly need and the location was superB! Right in the hotel zone and close to the beaches restaurants and entertainment. Easy access clean and modern. Will definitely return

Really great option, but there are a few things to keep in mind. Positives: Excellent location, great views out the windows (don’t know why they aren’t shown in the pictures?), very clean for the most part, host is extremely nice and FAST when communicating, loved having the outdoor shower. Things to keep in mind: Address on the listing was not accurate, leading us to be detained at customs as it appeared we were lying on our immigration documents (confirm the address!!!). The apartment can get very loud, you will hear road noise when trying to sleep as well as bass from nearby clubs (definitely bring ear plugs), walls are paper thin and we could hear full conversations from the neighbors, triple check with host that there won’t be any construction happening (I asked about this specifically and was told no yet woke up to the whole apartment shaking from I was melt loud drilling happening in the next apartment), it’s kind of a party spot as there were lots of spring breakers staying in the other apartments playing loud music and shouting (nothing wrong with that, just wish I had known upfront), blow dryer doesn’t work, upstairs shower needs some SERIOUS attention with regard to what appears to be black mold in the grout/caulking, at one point the AC was leaking all down the walls, onto the TV and floors. That being said, it’s a great, safe option if you want to be close to the action, just understand the little drawbacks before you book!
