We rented Gregg’s place for our wedding anniversary weekend. There were 12 guests in total (6 couples). Gregg’s place was the perfect location! He was flexible and offered us early check in. There was a home repair issue beyond Gregg’s control in the original home we rented, so Gregg upgraded our accommodations placing us in his other property, which was a bigger home. He made sure we had everything we needed. We can’t stop raving about Amado, the property manager. Amado brought us bagels the morning after we checked in. He also brought me a beautiful gift bouquet of flowers and a case of Prosecco to our guests celebrate my anniversary. Everything you need is close by; shopping, restaurants, wineries. Safe and scenic places to walk. Gregg deserves five stars plus as a host! Thank you Gregg and Amado for helping us create cherished memories! We would definitely love to visit again! Melinda & Lenox

The house is perfect for a large group. Gregg was super responsive and we had no issues with the home. Would stay at this location again!

Gregg is a great host. Very responsive to my calls and text messages and was very accommodating in every way. Also met up with the property manager, Amato, who was also awesome. Was very helpful and responsive to my requests and needs. The house was exactly as described and my group felt very comfortable in the house. I would certainly consider renting one of Gregg’s homes in the future. Thanks again Gregg!!!
