In short, this house surpassed all our expectations! We have rented many beachfront houses over the years and this one stands out. The cleanliness, comfortable beds, well supplied kitchen and thoughtful amenities were wonderful. Definitely 5 stars all around from us. Thank you, Jodie!

My girlfriends take two annual trips and have used air bnb to book them for years. Jodie was very friendly and easy to contact. We have stayed in the neighborhood before so we knew what to expect once we were there. The beach is a lovely walk through the dunes and over a stream and the beach itself is amazing. The house was well equipped and the kitchen had everything that we needed. The living area is very comfortable with plenty of seating. You can see the ocean from the top master bedroom which is lovely. There were six of us so having three bathrooms was great! Things to know. The rental agreement that is required was a little daunting & unexpected. The listing it says that the king rooms also have double beds. They are not actual beds. One is a futon (that is a little short) and the other is a pullout type situation. Be aware that the checkout list is quite extensive so read it before the morning of so you give yourself enough time. It is lovely & peaceful!

Jodie’s home is beautiful and very well appointed with absolutely everything you would need. It’s very large and spacious with lots of room for a family to spread out and have private spaces as well as together time. The large deck is great. Our 2 year old granddaughter loved running from one end to the other! There are 3 floors, so lots of stairs, but gates are provided and we brought some of our own. The 10 minute walk to the beach on a private trail was easy and the beach is wonderful. Thanks Jodie for a great stay!

Beautiful house, beautiful beach, beautiful wedding! Jodie's house was the perfect place for friends and family to hang out at for my daughters wedding. The house was so spacious and clean. I was especially happy that there was not any little bottles of shampoo and stuff that would have to be thrown away since we like to recycle as much as we can. The walk to the beach is beautiful and I loved the little bridge over the creek. Thank you Jodie for letting us share your house and make some sweet memories. Ruby Van Dyck

Comfortable, thoughtfully well-stocked home in quiet neighborhood with stunning views of the ocean and sunsets. Take a ¼ mile trail from the back yard through huckleberry, grass and shore pines, to a foot bridge across a creek, and walk thorugh grassy sand dunes to a mostly secluded beach. The kids loved it.
