Julia’s place was exactly what we were looking for. Great location as walking distance into town and close to the coast where we enjoyed the long walk. Her recommendation list for local places to eat was great tip too!

We loved our stay at Julia’s. It was an incredible location being less than 20 minutes walk to both town and the beach. It was clean, easy parking, and felt safe getting there even when walking at night. Julia made a real effort to make us feel welcome. She said hello to us when she saw us on the street a couple of times, let us check out late, and was really responsive. The annex was private and easy to access- id say bring an eye mask if you’re sensitive to light at night as you can’t fully shut out the light. It was lovely and clean but did lack small things like tissue boxes or shampoo as default, so remember to pack them…! There were two small sofas- there were two of us so the space was perfect size, but I think if there were 4 like the maximum allowed it would be quite cramped so worth keeping in mind. We enjoyed how warm the annex got with the strong electric radiators, so don’t be put off if its winter as you’ll be nice and toasty! Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, booked it as close enough to walk along the seafront and in to town. Good use of space, very airy, enjoyed star gazing up through the skylights. Julia was most helpful, nothing too much trouble. Good to have yoghurt and milk in the fridge and tea/coffee. Hope to return when the weather improves to enjoy the outside space.

A charming and very comfortable annex in a great location. Julia was extremely helpful and communicative when we had a slight change of plan. I highly recommend this as a place to stay.
