We had a lovely short break at Esther's property, Scion Hill Gate Lodge. The house is a good size, warm and comfortable and in a great location with amazing views over the countryside. A convenient base for exploring the sights of Counties Down and Antrim and for shopping trips to the Boulevard Outlet in Banbridge.

The house was immaculate and in a beautiful location . It really was very well equipped and the facilities were great. Our hostresponded very quickly to messages and was polite and positive to deal with. We have had a wonderful week exploring the north and visiting family. The only thing that I would offer as constructive feedback would be to remove the picture of the welcome basket from the listing because I assumed there would be one so didn’t buy first night essentials .

Amazing place, so well maintained. Gorgeous views and countryside surrounding it. The house was spotlessly clean, full of helpful info (booklets etc), the heating was on and the fire was lit all prior to our arrival. Absolutely a 5 star service. Couldn’t not recommend it any more, especially for the price, will 100% return for another visit. So much to do & see around the local area (lots of food options nice & close also)
