It was a great stay at the Villa. It’s quiet and cozy place for a family stay. We stayed here for one night. The host made sure that we got everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was a great experience overall.

Aldona is a really amazing place to stay, Where you get to see beautiful culture of goa and Portugese houses. There is a 600 year old church at just a walking distance to the place and we were blessed to attend the Sunday prayer. Sai restaurant nearby serves amazing fish Thali and Prawn Biryani. At Aldona market there is a bakery named Sebros, serves amazing chicken puff and Bibinka.. Pinto Villa is an old Portugese villa constructed in 40's which shares a wall with a bar with good wine and food. We had a few concerns of hosting, as there was a huge drainage problem and one of the areas was flooded which led to a minor fall for one of us. The rooms on the ground floor had no ventilation and Ac in one of the room was not working till the last day. Water heater in one of the rooms on the first floor was not working at all. Bathroom door latches were not working either. No maid came in our 5 day stay for cleaning, we couldn't figure where to empty the dustbins. On the last day the owner started renovation of a part of the place and our last morning at Aldona was ruined As there was a lot of nuisance from labour and their noise of work just spoiled our plans of staying back at place. whole place was good, l gave descent ratings too. Our experience was not good may be yours could be better. We were little unlucky on that part, people are really good it was just a management of hosting which gave us a little dissatisfaction on our stay.

This was my third stay at Fiona's place, and as always communication was fast and helpful and the house was clean and well equipped. I look forward to my next stay.
