The moment we opened the front door, our initial thought was "Wow!", as our eyes caught the open air feeling with high ceilings and right across the front door was a view of the pine trees though the double glass door in the living room! It does give you a feeling you are on a treetop! Love, love the feel of a cabin rustic industrial vibe! They sure made use of the square footage, about 600 sq ft ?, and was able to squeeze in another bedroom with built in bunk beds! Kids will sure have fun hanging out in this space! The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to prep home cooked meals when we could! Tried to catch the bus just down the hill and was sure convenient to catch the gondola ride up the slopes! Otherwise, it's only an 8-10 minute drive to get Peak 6. Best was Jerrod was flexible enough to accommodate with our check-in and out requests. Mahalo nui loa! That's Thank you very much in Hawaiian. Sure recommend their place when visiting beautiful Breckenridge! Amazing!

Cute mountain condo with high quality decor & furnishings. 1 min walk to the free town shuttle to get to the mountain or around town. We also walked one evening into town, about 30 minutes. Easy parking & beautiful natural surroundings. We stayed here for a Breck ski trip & couldn’t have been happier! The wood burning stove is especially cozy in the evening.

Jack and Jerrod have a charming and clean condo. It is close to the ski lift and town and is clean and cozy. Would recommend!
